Can you tell us a little about what you do in your role?
Build relationships with my portfolio of brokers and aim to grow the business we have with each broker by being the designated contact for them, providing support and assistance with their agencies and products that CBPF provide.
Assisting brokers in their own growth by supporting them where needed such as new business applications, negotiation rates, and opening new agencies with us.
What do you enjoy most about working at Close Brothers Premium Finance?
Speaking with brokers and building relationships with them. Working in a changing market. Being responsible for looking after my own diary and call/meeting planning. Working with the other teams within the company.
What has been your biggest achievement whilst at Close Brothers?
Winning new business opportunities and getting more chances to do so from brokers that helps them grow their own business. Building some close relationships with certain brokers in a short space of time since I started in May.
What are you looking forward to most in the next 12 months at Close Brothers?
Continuing to build upon existing relationships, doing more face-to-face meetings with my portfolio of brokers, and working with new brokers that are onboarding with us. Adaptation of new processes and technology that will benefit our brokers.
