Karen Johnson has been appointed Network Relationship Manager at Close Brothers Premium Finance (CBPF).
Karen, who has been at CBPF since 2000, is replacing Allan Oliver, who is retiring after nearly twenty years with the premium finance provider.
Elliot Hayes said that her appointment underlined CBPF’s strong and continuing commitment to the network sector, where it is the market leading provider of finance, working exclusively with Hedron and Cobra, as well as a strong partnership with Bravo.
Elliot said “Allan has been a fantastic leader of our networks division. He’s worked tirelessly to achieve the best for our brokers, networks, and our business, and overseen consistent growth. We wish him a well-deserved and enjoyable retirement”
He added: “Karen has been with us for many years and will bring a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her new role, and I’m sure that, under her watch, we will continue to maintain our long-term successful relationships with networks and their members.”
“Premium finance is a key value-add for brokers to offer to their commercial and personal line clients seeking to spread the cost of insurance, especially during these challenging economic times. Karen will focus on delivering continuous improvement to our network proposition and making sure members fully benefit from the services we can offer.”
Commenting on her new role, Karen Johnson said: “In the next 12 months I’m planning to build on our already strong relationship with our networks and work more closely with all their teams. Collectively, I’d like to uncover and bring fresh ideas to the way we work together.”
Karen began her new role on 6 February, while Allan retires at the end of March following a handover period.
