I want to make a complaint about my broker

If you have a complaint that you would like to raise about your broker or insurers service, please contact them directly. However, if you do not have or know their details, we may be able to provide them to you.

We are able to forward broker complaints on the customers behalf if needed to do so, however we would recommend that the you speak to your broker first. If you are unsure of who your broker is or what their phone number is call 0333 321 8566, there is an option in the IVR to obtain your broker's phone number providing you enter your loan reference number.
