View our opening hoursWhen you choose to use premium finance to pay for your insurance, we collect monthly repayments from you by Direct Debit.
As part of the set-up process, you will either complete a Direct Debit Mandate or provide your bank details to your insurance broker. Once the Direct Debit Mandate is set up, your monthly repayments will be taken automatically each month from your bank account.
If you have missed a direct debit payment you can call us on 0333 321 8566 to make a manual payment over the phone with a member of our staff. Alternatively you can call our automated 24/7 payment line 0333 321 8568. If you have already received your default letter there will be a QR code you will be able to scan to make payment via our pay by link online.
